Collective e-mail notifications do not work

Hello together,

we have a problem with our Jira Core 8.5.2 instance. The collective email notification do not work. Has anyone a idea what the problem might it be or how to proceed with such a problems?

Our normal e-mail notification works without problems, when we set the collective email notification we won't get any more e-mails.

In the atlassian-jira_batch_notify_errors.log I have this error-codes. Can the problem be caused by the server working behind a reverse proxy (192.168.1.3 - SophosUTM)? Or is it a database problem?
