Color custom field is free app that means we can install it to Jira instance without any cost?

When i tried to install it is showing 878 installations but in our Jira instance we have 2000 users so can I install this app without any cost?

The add-on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211608/color-custom-fields is a free app, so can intall it without any cost on your Jira Server instance.

878 is tells "Customers have installed this app in at least 878 active instances."
