There's a disturbing trend to display gray text on a white background. I call it a 'trend' because that's what it seems to be; a pattern of behavior followed by countless people for no particular reason other than "other people are doing it".
But is it a good thing? Personally, I find it very difficult to read!
And the shade of gray keeps getting lighter and lighter. This has happened in Jira Cloud.
