Colored label to JIRA issue (not Epic color)

Hi

Our management uses Jira Dashboards (filter issue) to have a overview on the bigger business tasks.

We want to add "traffic light" to the isses so the actual status of the issue would be better visible - green that are Ok, yellow that need attention and red where the crisis is.

I there an app for JIRA Data Server version for that functionality?

Thanks

Hi @Toomas Adson

I haven't personally used a dedicated colored label/traffic light app, but this one looks like it might be a fit?

If I may provide another recommendation: I think you'd really like the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.

JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of advanced features, including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups - as well as conditional formatting.

With conditional formatting, you can define conditions on any of your issues' fields (like priority, labels, or whatever matters to you), and if the condition is matched, highlight either the entire row, or a selected cell, in hundreds of possible color combinations.

This is how it looks in action:

As you can see above, this view remains fully interactive, meaning that you can work on your issues directly in JXL (but also trigger various operations in Jira, or export your data to CSV or Excel in just a click).

Any questions just let me know,

Best,

Hannes
