How can I change colours for jira deployments?
The colours for
are identical, the only minor difference is the icon has reversed mark.
We'd like to make it more distinct, say set the colour to dark green instead.
You can also use the announcement banner to indicate that the instance is non-production. If it can’t be toggled off, the banner will make it clear to users that they’re not working in a live environment.
Additionally, the banner is useful for announcing other relevant information related to that instance - such as scheduled maintenance, test data usage, or feature testing notices.

@Martin Jones Welcome to the Atlassian community
You will need to change this at the site level. In your Jira site you can use these steps to change the color. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-the-look-and-feel-of-jira-applications/
You can also use the announcement banner to let users know that the instance is non-production at the top of each page. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/configure-announcement-banner-in-jira-cloud-1217300328.html

@Martin Jones That is correct. There are very limited colors that you can change. You should look at changing the background.
