Comment Box in activities - place on top?

We changed the sorting order of the Comments in a JIRA Tickets to newest on top.
Is there also a way to bring up the "Comment" button to top? Changing the order with many comments isnt that useful if the "Comment"-Box stays below.

@Oliver Schalch, you would need to hack the JIRA view screen to get the Comment button just above the Comments.
