{{Comment}} field does not on automation emails

I had an automation where one of the field I pulled was {{comment}} from the issue. it worked fine although now it doesn't. I cant figure out why this would happen since it worked fine in the past. this is how it looks. I also tried {{comment.body}} but that didn't work either. I included the screen shots for the comment section on the issue, on the automation and on the email sent.
