Hello everybody,
i want to restrict a comment to a a certain user f.e. the author of the task. I tried to use the issue security, but this is not a perfect solution, because the whole task is then not available for other users.
Is there any way to restrict one single comment to a certain user? Maybe with a plugin?
Thanks a lot,
Julian
Hey @Ollie Guan,
sorry my description was not clear. Everybody can make comments, thats no problem. But I want to mark comments to be visible only for a certain user.
With this function I could use JIRA for handing over passwords.
Dose the following plug-in meet your needs?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

That does not work :-( the plugin is only for setting defaults, but uses the same groups and roles like JIRA out of the box.

I found some plug-ins in the market, basically based on the role of the visual restrictions, no restrictions on personal.

Hi @Müller_ Julian,
Have you ever tried to modify the permission scheme? Set only the reporter allowed to add comments.
