Comment passer d'un projet scrum à un projet kanban

Bonjour, 

Est-ce qu'il est possible de modifier les paramètres d'un projet déjà existant sur Jira ? Voici mon cas: un projet a été créé précédemment en mode "scrum" et beaucoup de carte ont été créé. Mais le tableau n'est pas très adapté à notre gestion de projet et  je souhaiterai faire passer ce tableau en mode Kanban sans perdre les cartes associées et les cartes déjà terminées/historisées. Est-ce que cela est possible ?

Hello, Good day. On the same project you can create second Kanban board, the issues from same project will be shown on this kanban board as well. So the project will have both scrum and Kanban board. If required you can limit the scrum visibility and make only kanban board to be visible for all users. Thanks
