Comments available for specific issue type and user group

Is it possible to switch on, or of comments for a specific issue type AND specific user group.

F.E. user group A can only see and add comments in epics and they can't in story's or bug's. user group B can add comments in all issue types.

Why we would like this is that we want to give our clients more acces to our boards but we don't want to manage all the comments they potentially have on every issue.

I don't think you can specify commenting on issue types but you can with users in the permission scheme. Create the groups/roles and give or deny them that ability.
