Communication error while updating JIRA Ticket

Dear All,

Since yesterday we have been facing 'Communication error' in our JIRA and it is not possible to update any fields, add comments or create new tasks. I have checked the jira logs and find only the below warning.

I was not able to find any further info in any of the log files. I have even restarted JIRA multiple times but no luck.
