Communication using JIRA instead of e-mails

Would like to know if there is any option or service available in Jira to use for team communication purpose. Same like teams where we can collaborate with team members. Instead of sending mails every time. And please let me know.

Jira can be hooked up to all sorts of communication systems.  Email is built in, obviously, but there are integrations to Slack, Confluence, Mattermost, MS-Teams, Opsgenie, Statuspage, Trello, and, and, and...

There's not a lot more we can tell you without a definition of your "team communication" - what are you looking for when you talk about communication?

I mean, the minimum is that your users track everything in Jira and communication is done by looking, commenting and updating the issues.  But there are lots of ways for a team to communicate, so I suspect you have something in mind.

Within Jira not directly. There are services that interact with Jira like Slack or MS Teams tho.

Especially Slack is pretty tightly integrated.
