Hey community :-)
I have two Atlassian accounts that I use for Jira. Now I have a strange problem with logging into the community. As soon as I click on 'Sign up' or 'Log in', I am automatically logged in with one of the two accounts. Unfortunately, this is the wrong one. But I can't find a way to log in with my other account. I am immediately logged in again automatically with the wrong account.
I have logged out and back in several times and already deleted cookies and other browser data.
None of this has helped.
Any ideas?
Thx
Andreas
Hey @Vandango
Did you try the incognito?
The login is not just to community but also to any atlassian products in the same session.
I use 2 atlassian profiles - 1 official and the other one personal. Generally i run 2 chrome profile for each accounts.
Hi Fazila.
Thanks for the quick anwser.
Your tip about the incognito mode was a good one. In this mode, the problem doesn't occur.
But, I do not use chrome-profiles. So that can't be the cause.
The auto-log in problem only appears in the community. All other log ins (Jira, Atlassian, confluence ...) work properly.
That's what is confusing me.

@Vandango , not as a cause but the recommendation was to use chrome-profiles to work around the problem..

Hi @Vandango
As a workaround you can delete all the cookies of community.atlassian.com. After you opened https://community.atlassian.com in your Chrome you can apply the below steps.
If you still have the same problem. You can delete the cookies of https://id.atlassian.com and try again.
