A full on comparison is not that easy. In short, the out of the box capabilities are limited to basic reports (think excel series on a graph) or you can do a search/filter and then export this data to an excel/csv file.
EazyBI on the other hand will export the data to a Cube (Datawarehouse) and you can do a lot more with the data. While not really easy it does take a lot of the work that would go in to creating your own datawarehouse and provides you with a data cube.
With that data you can then create new reports and add them to a dashboard.
I highly suggest installing a trial of EazyBI to just see the features and play around with it.
