Compatibility with Access and Active Directory

Dear,

All , we have a customer which have a server on premise intance of jira software and we need to study the migration possibility to Cloud.

Today there are using a local Active Directory for user account which is sync with Jira

I have one question relative to Access for SSO

Does Access is compatible with any type of Active Directory or is it compatible only with some of them ?
