Complete Sprint button not visible

Hello,

I've SiteAdmin, and Admin access to JIRA.

I've read all existing questions and checked the Permissions as well.

I've Administrator Role in Project and Permission to Manage Sprints is allowed for "Administrator" Project Role.

Not sure what is missing.

UPDATE:

FYI, other team members can see that button, it's not showing up for my login only.

I used to see Complete Sprint button earlier, but I remember doing one change, JIRA started showing ads for new plugin or apps that I can add into my project or board.

So I went into settings and turned off the notifications or suggestions. But I'm not able to find that settings again to revert the change.

I don't even remember what exactly it was. I've scanned through almost all settings in JIRA. Could this be reason?

Are all previous sprints closed?  I have seen a problem where you cannot close a sprint if the previous one is not closed.

Yes, we do not have parallel sprints. I've not enabled that feature.
