Completing Sprint moves all our 'Done' Issues and shows them as Open

Hello, we are having an issue when we want to close out our current sprint. Per the screenshot below, you can see we have 12 done issues and 3 in progress. When we press the complete sprint button, the prompt window shows that all 15 issues are open and forces us to move them to another sprint/backlog. Note - All our issues are of 'task' types.

Can someone help us on this issue please?

Hi @Saxon Julian , 

I think the issue is that, on your sprint board, your "DONE" column is not the last column on the right. Jira will only consider an issue as "Done" for the sprint, if it is in the last board column.

Can you plaese share a screenshot of your Board ?

Hey Alexis, 

You were right. We had an additional 'Testing" column on the far right on our board. We moved it the right into its respective spot and that solved the issue.
