Component Watchers filed should display the names of users

I have added component watcher in the screen scheme, The component watcher is displayed on the bug screen but the name of a person who is the watcher of that component is not displayed. 

 

How can I get the name displayed on the bug screen?

"This does not add the users as watchers directly to the issues, just adds another method of notification"
