Concert comment format to JIRA field format (Wiki style render is on)

When I moved my board to another board, JIRA didn't move the custom field "Acceptance criteria" but it listed it as a comment on the "history" tab.

Now I need to convert the comment text format to a field "wiki render" format.

Comment:
*Addresses list info* * Tag location icon * Tag location * Floor/Flat No. * Building/Villa * Rood name

Needed result:

Addresses list info

• Tag location icon

• Tag location

• Floor/Flat No.

• Building/Villa

• Rood name

As I see, you have 2 questions:

1) About fields in different jira-projects , it looks that you mooving issues to another project with different screen scheme - so, your issues has values but there are no theese fields on view/edit screen(on history tab and jql-search you can see them from previous projects).

Just ask your admins to add fields on screens. 

Look throught the documentation about Project screens, schemes and fields.

2) About bullet list - it automaticaly adds when typing "* "(with space).

But you should write it on different strings.

If we talking about issue's comment - wiki rendering works when you typing, not pasting.
