Concurrent Edit Notification for Jira

Deleted user August 22, 2014

Confluence has had concurrent edit notification for a while now. Our Jira users are asking why Jira does not have it or when it might be added. Anyone have any insight on this? Our initial thought is that Jira's transactional nature doesn't require it as much as Confluence but we do see a relevant use case.
