Condition on Custom Field

I have one standard field(reporter) and custom field in the create screen(delivered by). The delivered by should not be reporter. When the reporter tries to give his name it should warn an error.

@Alexey Matveev We do have behaviours. However, it is not workimg as per my requirement. I am giving my custom field delivered by and mapping. Still I am able to enter the reporter name in delivered by???
