Condition that field A must be equal field B

Can someone tell me how i could write a condition that one field value must be equal to another field value?

I've done this sort of thing with the Jira Workflow Toolbox App. There are a lot of really useful Conditions and Validators that allow you to use regexp, arithmetic equations, etc.
