Conditions for switching to a specific status based on a value in the field 'Priority '

Hello,

How can I validate in Warkfellow between switching from a particular status to another when this field is different from a certain value?
I tried to do so by the condition: Value Field, but without success
(Even when I change the system does not allow me to switch to the desired status).
For example: When I want to move from the 'On hold' to 'To do' status, the transition will be in a different priority than 'None'.

Hello Eitan,

Could you please let us know the Priority field you mentioned is the priority system field added to JIRA by default or is it a custom field created?

I ask this question because this field does not have the "None" option you mentioned, at least not by default.

Assuming we are talking about the system field, the Value condition configured below has worked for me:

P.S: I added the High value in my condition because I don't have a "none" value and there is no way to set the priority as NULL.

Another question, is it possible to perform additional validation or a condition that a particular task will "move" to a particular status only if it has "moved" a specific status in the past?

Hello Eitan,

You can use the Previous State Validator to achieve your need, selecting which should be the previous status of the issue to allow the transition.
