Configure Board on Jira Work Management

Can I configure/customize board when I create a blank project on Jira Work Management?

You cannot configure the board during project creation as it is created automatically.

Configuration like adding, editing or deleting columns for team-managed projects is done afterwards.

As Dave said, the board is created automatically when you create the Jira Work Management project. If you need more flexibility with the board, you might want to create a second board for the project. Here is an article that I recently wrote that helps guide you through the process:
