Configure Gravatar parameters in JIRA

Hi everyone,

I have just realised that when gravatar is enabled in JIRA (which is the default behaviour), all the users have as default icon the "Mistery Man". As stated in the Gravatar documentation, that can be changed to a hash generated image, changing the url "d=mm" parameter for "d=retro" (other possible values here: https://en.gravatar.com/site/implement/images/ )

I cannot find a way to configure JIRA to use a parameter different from "d=mm", so all the users who have not uploaded a custom picture have a different default icon.

Is there any way to change this?

It seems that this something that cannot be configured. Support has filed an enhancement request:
