Configure Microsoft Exchange Online

Hi to all,

The mail server is changing from on-premise version to on cloud version.

The scope is to set incoming and outgoing email. 

I have a few questions:

- How can I verify that jira supports azure EntraID/Secret authentication for exchange?
- In which section of jira should the configurations of the new exchange be performed, do you by chance have any documentation?

I found this link, but I don't understand some steps because it mentions Oauth 2 and not Azure EntraID

Jira Versione: DataCenter v9.12.19.

Hello @Giorgio Proietti  ! Applications\ Application links -> Create link  : 

you select provider and enter auth details of your new mail service: 

this way you get Authentication configured.

Now you need to setup incomming mail handler & connection:
