I am trying to configure the screen (or view) called customer request because on some issue type, my customer cannot choose to respond to support.
This is the link that bring me to the screen I want
And this is what my settings let me do. I would like to add the possibility to "respond to support".
I don't know if I am clear enough.

Your attached images show different things.
1. Share and Cancel Request are on a customer's screen after they submit their request.
2. Waiting for Customer - this is on an agent's view when they open a ticket to work on.
3. View Customer Request - this is on an agent's view when they open a ticket to work on.
If you can elaborate, what do you need help with?
