Configuring Screen with multiple same components or array of set of components?

I am setting up a custom screen listing Resource Skills, location and # of resources needed among other fields. I need to have a array or multiple occurrences of fields to capture the different resource needs in 1 form. For e.g.

Resource Skills: XYZ

Resource Location: INDIA

# Resources:3

Resource Skills: ABCD

Resource Location: INDIA

# Resources:4

Resource Skills: ABC

Resource Location: EUROPE

# Resources:7

and so on...

how can i configure such a form to enter data.

Jira does not do this sort of field.

One trick is to use the "table grid editor" app, which enables a table with variable numbers of columns and rows to appear as a single field.

Or, the more common trick is to use sub-tasks - each group of fields (#resources, location, skills, etc) becomes a single field on each sub-task.
