Configuring filter subscription form

I created a filter and tried to manage subscription.  When I clicked on Add subscription, I got the Filter Subscription dialogue box.  Here I tried to change the recipients from the drop down.  However there is only two options in the drop down list . one is personal subscription and other is jira software users.

I wish to edit the recipient individually (assignee) so that I can create reminders of individual assignee

Hi @Neelesh PB ,

unfortunately this is not possible. You can share the filter and ask the users to create personal subscription or create user group for each of your users (but you need to be a member of this group too).
