Confluence 6.10.1 migrate

Hello, I purchased a license for Confluence 6.10.1 before, and planned to migrate the service from a physical machine to a virtual machine, but the license has expired, and a small number of people are using the service on it. Please shut down the old server after the new server is running. service, will it affect the normal operation of the service? Will it check the authorization to stop the service after the migration? Does the license check the physical hardware, or does it only check against the license file?
