Can someone please help me sort out below things.
I have installed Confluence and did sync up with Jira user directory. I have below issues:
1. Unable to add any synced up users in any group.
2. Log file i.e. catalina.out file does not contains any activity or error logs. I tried to add users and got message to check logs. But nothing in logs.
3. As I can't add any users in any group, this is problematic when we create groups for Confluence space and provide permission to that group.
4. We are going to install SSO plugin for Confluence, I guess no use of Jira user directory then.
