Hi Jinrui, please check the URL of JIRA Issues macro whether it's XML View or just the normal issue navigator view. This issue has been raised as knowledge base article before.

I am sorry for my unclear expression, please have a look again ,it's XML View. And I found that it may be related to the Application Link which should be set between JIRA and Confluence. But when I set the link to confluence in Jira server,it said that the confluence server is not able to connect to the "Reciprocal link URL" which is the URL of Jira. The error shows like :
The Remote application is not able to connect to 'Sierra Atlantic Collaborate'(JIRA) by using the URL 'https://<EXAMPLE>/jira'.
