Confluence Pages are with capital letters in search of Help Center Portal but when we go inside to the confluence page has changed format.
Hi @mbitzis , I'm not 100% sure what your question is, but I believe that's how the Knowledge Base works. The articles are displayed in all caps when searching through Portal. When they are created in Confluence, they can be in any case. When you view them inside of JSM as an Agent/Collaborator, you will see them in the case they were created in.
I guess one may want some consistency and have them always display as they are created, but that would be a suggestion for Atlassian to review. if that different case affects the meaning on the article based on the language it's displayed in, I would suggest opening a ticket with Atlassian (support.atlassian.com) to discuss the details.
