I am planning to restructuring internal knowledge base easy UI..Pls share any template format..easy to understand with drop down menus fields etc..

I would recommend asking this question in the Confluence section, not the Jira section. I would also look at the "HOW TO" templates for knowledge bases, they are a great starting point and can be tweaked from there.
