Connect to JIRA using your email - how ?

Hello,

 

I would like to know if there is a way to let my JIRA users to log-in into JIRA using their email instead of their JIRA user (or using both - better) ?

The best suggestion I would have is to just set their usernames to be the same as their email addresses. There is no other way to do this without custom development.
