Connecting JIRA externally.

We are trying to connect JIRA externally with a published domain name(eg: https://connect.abc.com.bh) and internally we have other domain name(eg: https://connectapp.abc.com.bh). But when connecting externally sometimes it get connected with out an issue and some times it throws an error "server unavilable". our org WAF is blocking or throwing some error's like SQL Injection, RFI injection, HTTP method "PUT", Duplicate Parameters. We use FORTIWEB version 5.86. Thank You
