Hi there!
A company have several Zendesk instances (following an acquisition).
Is it possible to connect several Zendesk instances to a single Jira instance?
Can it be managed by project?
Thanks for support all!
This is Majid @ Exalate.
Welcome to the community! Yes, it is very possible to connect several Zendesk instances to a single Jira instance by using an integration solution such as Exalate. And yes, it can be controlled to project, and even field level.
Please give us a shout out if you are interested in learning more.
Thanks
Majid
@Benjamin Lellouche hello and welcome to the Atlassian community. It is possible. You can connect the two using the systems' zendesk-jira connector (which I think can be found on both systems' websites) or check out the Atlassian marketplace for a 3rd party solution. Such a 3rd party solution is ZigiOps - a fully no-code, bi-directional integration tool. It connects the two instances, syncs their data, and keeps them up to date in real time. Comes with advanced customization functionality, does not store any of your data & can read any fields.
Check the ZigiOps integration tool and see if it fits your needs. You can also book a tech meeting to see how it works.
