I want to connect Jira with PostgreSQL in Jira Configuration Tool, but when I do the test connection, this takes a lot of time and of course, this doesn´t connect!

What should I do??

What does the log say the error is when connecting?  Have you checked you can connect from the command line on the Jira server?
