Hello everyone,
by moving a ticket to "Done" or "Closed" we want the user to set a resolution to the issue via the resolution screen eg. "Done", "Won't do"...
If the user marks the resolution as "Done" he should need to check to checkboxes ("approved", "tested"). This checkboxes are shown via custom fields.
Is there any possibility to only show this custom fields if "Done" is choosen in the resolution-filed above or do we need to create a second screen only appearing if an issue has the resolution "Done"?
Kind regards an thanks for helping
Magnus
hi @Magnus Schlüns , welcome to the community.
You can't achieve this out of the box. It would require a scripting, add-on or a higher, powered conditional workflow add-on. I would refer you to the marketplace for such a solution. A few possibilities are Scriptrunner, Power Scripts, JWME...
Do you know if there is any tutorial to realize the described requirements with JWME? As a beginner in Jira i just got slayed by the options JWME provides but didn't find an option to open a screen masked the user can interact with when a certain event (in this example setting resolution to done) is triggered.
