Consolidate Cloud Accounts

Hi,

My company currently operates three separate JIRA Agile and Confluence cloud accounts (two 25 users and a 100 user), and we'd like to merge them all into one single account, migrating all users, projects, and spaces into their respective platforms. Is this possible? If not, can we export the individual configurations and data, set up a new account, and then import the data into the new account? If we do the import, are logins, pwds, etc. preserved?

What are my options?
