We recently upgraded our Jira instance and made the instance publicly available but we are now getting bombarded with spam. Is there a way to prevent this at all?

We have specific use cases that require us to have a way for users to contact the admins - can you think of any workarounds for this at all?

Think about a different way to offer to contact your admins. There's nothing to improve with that form when you activate it and make your instance publicly available. :/
