Hi,
We were 12 users and jira put us on a trial of the standard plan. But we have now removed the old 2 users, so we are currently 10 users. How can we go back to the free plan in this case?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
To change plan, you should be a Billing administrator, Organization administrator or Site administrator.
You can follow the step instructed by @Mohamed Benziane @Vikrant Yadav
Go to admin.atlassian.com
Click menu "Billing"
click "Manage" right side of the product ( e.i. Jira Software)
Click change - then choose the plan (e.i free).

From Products section, you can change the Plan.
