Converting from Next-Gen back to Classic Jira Tickets

Next-Gen is not supported by most of the third-party macro vendors. I desperately need to migrate a Next-Gen board back to the Classic, usable view.

All I get is a 500 error message that doesn't have any troubleshooting info. 

Anyone else?

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know on what step you are receiving the 500 error?
How many tickets are you moving from next-gen to classic?
