We're on Jira Server 7.3.8. I just created a new project (Project B) cloning an existing configuration (Project A). I also created a scrum board for Project B.
One of the boards for Project A "disappeared" - let's call that Board A.
I'm a Jira Admin. My colleague is not a Jira admin, but is an administrator on both projects. He's a board administrator on Board A. I am not.
The strangest thing was that he could see Board A now attached to Project B. I couldn't see Board A anywhere. He sent me the link directly to Board A and it brought up the top section including showing the quick filters and then I got the message that "you can't see this because it doesn't exist or you don't have permissions".
Unfortunately, he changed the filter query on Board A, so we don't know what it was originally. I know it wasn't a straightforward one.
So, it looked liked Board A moved to Project B and I could no longer see it. Without the original filter query for Board A, I don't think I can do any more analysis.
Curious if anyone has seen anything like this before.
