Hi All,

We're trying to solve this mystery and hopefully someone can help us!

This pertains to when opening a Jira ticket and multiple assets need to be added.

Currently, users have to add individual serial number (Primary key) at a time.

We would like users to simply copy/paste from xls and have the asset field do a consecutive search to bring in all the assets that were pasted. Is this possible?? It would save our users a lot of time especially for bulk Disposals!

Any help would be great!
