Hello,
We are testing a new project setup on a sandbox until it is fitting for our purposes.
Is there a way to copy the project configuration to the Prod system? I don't need the data but the defined workflows, schemes, permissions and so on.
Thanks for your help!
Simone
@simone.heil I don't think this is possible to migrate or copy only project configuration entities without using a third-party app.
If you want to try out one for your use case, you can install the trial for 30 days and use "Configuration Manager for Jira (Cloud)" app listed on the marketplace at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211611/configuration-manager-for-jira-cmj?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Also, from the suggestions above by @Tankem Williams , I think you can only use the " Jira Cloud-to-Cloud migration feature" for your use case if you don't have much custom fields & data/issues in the project and are willing to work on deleting all those custom field and data/ issues after migration of your project from Sandbox to Production site.
I hope it helps!
Thank you, this was actually what I found out so far. Was just hoping that I have overseen something

Thank you, I think CSV will only export data. But I will then think about a Cloud migration.
