Copy field with value

I created an automation to create automatic tasks, I would like to take some fields from the initial card to this task.
How can I copy the field with its value in the task description.

If the trigger supplies issues and you want to use that information in your Create Issue action, try referencing those fields.  For example:

{{triggerIssue.description}}
