Copying Jira Prod to Sandbox

Will copying Jira Production to Jira Sanbox overwrite any sandbox app integrations configured? Will it bring over the Prod app integrations into the sandbox or is it only a data copy?

You can find the documentation for copying Production data to a Sandbox here:

https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-product-sandboxes/#Copy-data-to-a-sandbox

As per that document third party apps/data is not included in the copy process.
