Copying project from test environment to devel environment?

Hi there, 

There is a deleted project in the usual devel environment which I found was replicated in the test environment. 

 

Is there any way to copy the set up, issues, dashboards back from test environment to devel?

Easiest way is to treat Test environment as backup and follow this guide to restore.
