I can login to Jira on my MacBook, but when I download the Jira app, and try to login, Jira keeps telling me something to the effect of: "We couldn't log you in, ... check your browser settings .. and that time and date are synchronized". I can't seem to find the magic settings.
If you work from a different time zone from where your global instance configured, go to your profile at this link:
https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences
and check if the time zone of your account matches with your iOS device or not.
